Job Title: Music Studio Customer Care Representative

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Music Studio Customer Care Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors, answering phone calls, scheduling music bookings, and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Responsibilities:
  Greet clients and visitors with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Answer and transfer phone calls to appropriate departments or individuals.
• Schedule studio session with clients offline and online.
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, copying, and data entry.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, live chats and package.
• Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitor.
• Assist with organising and promoting music events and concerts.
• Other duties as assigned by management

• Qualifications:
  Qualification – Minimum of OND.
• Proven experience as a Customer Care.
• Representative or in a similar role, preferably in a music or arts-related industr.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for music and knowledge of different genres and instruments.
• Professional appearance and demeanour
  Strong organisational and multitasking abilitie.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred
